Site work for a water / sewer project in East Mc Keesport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
the replacement of asbestos cement waterline with a maximum of approximately 2,825 linear feet of 6 ductile iron, 1,350 linear feet of 8 ductile iron, valves, fire hydrant assemblies, service reconnections, curb box/stops and complete restoration. The project is being partially financed through a grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on the proposal pages furnished in the Bid Submittal Document. Bid Submittal Document must be submitted as one original and one copy. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the largest bid amount, or (2) A certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the largest bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids and to waive any informalities within the bids received.
