Bidders should submit all inquiries and/or questions concerning this project on CivCast by Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. The City seeks a qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the Hall Johnson and McPherson EST Rehabilitation Project. This list is not an exhaustive list, just a general overview of the plans, specifications, and project. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: Hall-Johnson EST Rehabilitation: o Remove the interior and exterior coating of the EST and repaint with Colleyville logo(s) o Replace section of balcony ladder extension and safety climb system on dry riser interior o Installing new mixer in EST o Replace wet interior ladder and safety climb system o Grout fill space between floor plate and concrete dome o Pedestrian door and frame replacement o Add motor operator to overhead door o Electrical cable conduit support system o Weld/pit repairs on wet area of tank interior o 8" bypass valve replacement o Replace FAA obstruction light o Clean and disinfect tank and perform bacteriological testing prior to replacing tank back in service McPherson EST Rehabilitation o Remove the exterior coating of the EST and repaint with Colleyville logo o Installing new mixer in EST o Replace FAA obstruction light Question Deadline 09/09/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Bidders should submit all inquiries and/or questions concerning this project on online.
