Project awarded to GARAGE EXPERTS OF TULSA Rogers County Jail Shower Remodel The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Shower remodel for 15 showers at the Amos G. Ward Detention Facility/Rogers County Jail This is a multi-phase project. The total number of showers is 15. Bidders should be prepared to complete this project in phases which would require 2-5 showers being completed at a time/per month. 1. Mechanically profile the existing walls and flooring utilizing a diamond grinder, removing all existing rhino coating. 2. Apply a coat of moisture blocking epoxy primer with a Moisture Vapor Emissions ("MVE") rating of 15 pounds or greater. 3. apply a coating of Polyaspartic topcoat blended with an aggregate of 60 grit, used as an anti-slip additive. Size: Each shower is approximately 3'x3'x8' Products should meet or exceed: 1. Versatile FX 106 Pigmented Epoxy Primer 2.
