Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Paicines, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,200-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Supply and installation of high-traffic Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring in residential housing units #19 and #104 at Pinnacles National Park, San Benito County, California. The work includes removal of existing carpet and installation of approximately 1,200 square feet of LVP flooring across both units. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work in accordance with project specifications and applicable local, state, and federal laws. No asbestos remediation is required. The project is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 238330, with an estimated value of less than $25,000. The period of performance is from September 29, 2025, to December 29, 2025. Location: 5000 East Entrance Road, Paicines, CA 95043. Question Deadline 08/29/2025 To ensure quoters' questions are adequately addressed and appropriate action taken prior to submission of quotations, questions must be received in writing no later than five (5) calendar days prior to quotation due date shown in the latest amendment. Questions and/or comments received after this time may or may not be addressed prior to the solicitation closing date. Submit quest *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work consists of: 1. Vinyl flooring: The Contractor shall supply and install 20-mil wear layer Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring in the bedrooms, hallways, closets, and living rooms in both residential housing units #19 and #104. Contractor shall also supply and install LVP flooring in kitchen of #104. 2. Prior to the Contractor beginning flooring work, National Park Service (NPS) personnel will remove: a. All furniture b. All interior doors c. Baseboard trim 3. After Contactor's flooring work is complete, NPS personnel will replace: a. All furniture b. All interior doors c. Baseboard trim 4. Contractor shall undercut or scribe planks to fit flush to walls and leave a clean expansion gap per manufacturer's specifications for NPS trim installation. 5. Contractor shall: a. Verify appropriate quantities of LVP flooring and per manufacturer recommendations: underlayment, transition products, transition strips, and any other flooring accessories or incidentals required to complete successful installation. b. Prior to pre-construction conference, in addition to other required pre-work submittals described below, provide a minimum of six (6) 9" LVP samples to Park staff with a variety of earth tone shades and hardwood-appearance to allow NPS to choose final products. Samples should include both Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) and Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) LVP options based on specs provided. c. Remove and dispose of existing carpeting, pad, flooring, adhesive, tack strips, staples, and related materials from existing carpet and flooring. d. Prepare and perform any required test of concrete and any other subsurface conditions required before installation of flooring. e. Prepare subfloor per manufacturer's instructions, including leveling as needed to meet flatness tolerances f. Install all materials in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. g. Supply all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials required to complete the installation in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. h. At work completion, clean work area of all scraps, remnants and other debris created during work execution. All refuse shall be removed and disposed of off-site, outside of the Park, and in compliance with local regulations and applicable law
