Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a qualified supplier capable of providing comprehensive roofing inspection services across all current and future TSTC campuses statewide. These services are essential for proactively managing roof assets, prioritizing maintenance needs, planning capital improvements, and ensuring the long-term integrity and safety of campus facilities. This agreement is valid for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend for three (3) more oneyear terms. Prices are fixed for the first year, and any increases in the annual percentage rate during the renewal periods must receive prior approval from TSTC. TSTC reserves the right to accept or reject any response based upon any deviations indicated below or in any attachments or inclusions.
