Improvements to the Grande View Development and Effingham County Industrial Development Authority 300,000 Gallon per Day Pump Station, 6-inch Force Main and 16-inch Water Main project (the Project) in Effingham County, Georgia The Project work is defined by the Bidding Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: Sanitary Sewage and Water Main infrastructure to serve the industrial site known as the Grande View Development. The Work includes installation of a 300,000 gallon per day pump station, approximately 2,600 linear feet of 6-inch PVC force main and approximately 2,900 linear feet of 16-inch PVC water main along Old Augusta Rd. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A payment and performance bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price, shall be required of the successful bidder. All questions should be submitted to the Issuing Office by email to jbampfield@husseygaybell.com. Any/All questions will be due by July 31, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. local time. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the date of the bid opening. ECIDA reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid that is non-responsive or not responsible, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to issue change orders altering the original scope of work to address changes or unforeseen conditions necessary for the Project completion.
