A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Hannibal, Missouri, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The DBE goal for this project is 5%. The Bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The City of Hannibal reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Contractor shall be responsible for erosion control and providing the necessary inspections/reports associated with the land disturbance permit to the City and the Engineer. E.
