The project consists of the city of Kent (city) is soliciting bids for the construction of a fully-functional, turn-key grid-tied photovoltaic (pv) and battery energy storage system (bess) microgrid at the senior centre in Kent, wa located at 600 e smith street. All bids must be properly marked and sealed in accordance with this "invitation to bid." bids must be delivered and received at the city clerk's office by the above-stated time, regardless of delivery method, including u.S. Mail. All bids will be opened and read publicly aloud immediately following opening for the city of kent project named: senior center microgrid bids must be clearly marked "bid" with the name of the project on the outside of the envelope, addressed to the city clerk, 220 4th avenue south, kent, wa 98032-5895.
