The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: To provide exterior site cleaning services at Gipson Play Plaza, 801 Biggs Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603, to include the entirety of the eighteen and a half-acre park. The City of Raleigh opened the Gipson Play Plaza in June 2025 as a premier destination within Dix Park. Visitorship was over 400,000 in the first two months of operations. Annual visitorship is anticipated to grow to over 2 million by 2026. To facilitate a safe, welcoming and clean experience, the City is looking to hire contractual services to provide exterior site-wide cleaning. Deadline for Written Questions Wednesday, September 17, 5pm City Response to Questions (anticipated) Monday, September 22, 5pm Contract Term The contract issued by the City to the awarded proposer will define either a completion date by which the services are to be provided, or a term date when the services will be provided repeatedly over a specific period. The details of the contract term and any options to renew or extend the contract, will be stated in the contract issued by the City.
