A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project Description: Construction services are required for the Utah State University Human Resource offices. The approximately 17,200 GSF project will include, but is not limited to, space for the following: private offices, open office, conference rooms, building support, shelled space and storage/maintenance. Provide services through and including the bidding, construction and post construction/closeout of the project. General Contractor will be responsible to comply with all local and state standards such as sewer design, dust control, and storm water runoff permits. Building Official, Fire Marshal, and all State/Local agency approval letters will be mandatory prior to completion. Facility shall be LEED Silver certified. The building shall comply with DFCMs high performance building standards, as well as DFCMs Air Barrier Standard.
