Replacing Two Culverts Located Half a Mile West of the Intersection of Hallberg Rd and Minnesuing Rd on Minnesuing Rd. The Existing Pipes Are Side by Side; They Need to Be Removed and Disposed of. Pipes to Be Replaced With Two 60" by 42' Arched Corrugated Pipes. New Pipes to Be Set Lower in Stream Bed to Allow for a Minimum of 12" of Cover With 6" of This to Be Class 5 Gravel. All Labor and Materials to Be Included in This Lump Sum Price. Contractor to Provide and Install All Necessary Bmp's Per Wisconsin Dnr Standards. Please Refer to Townofhawthone.wi.gov for More Information Regarding This. Contractor to Provide Road Closed Signs at Intersections. Any Disturbed Areas to Be Topsoiled and Covered With Wisconsin Dot Seed Mix #20, Type B Fertilizer, Erosion Mat Class I Type B. Culvert Specs (2) 60" by 42' 16ga Corrugated Arched Pipes Town of Hawthorne Has Already Secured Dnr Permitting. Completion Date of November 1, 2025 Call Town of Hawthorne Chairman Kent Paulsen With Questions. The Town of Hawthorne Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids.
