Renovation of an educational facility in North Bend, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
North Bend Central Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Roofing Replacement contract including EPDM roofing, and associated roofing accessories at the existing North Bend Central Jr/Sr High School located at 1320 Walnut Street, North Bend, Nebraska 1. Reroof of the original 1965 high school gymnasium which has suffered a roofing failure of the existing membrane system and damage to the brick veneer at the perimeter. The existing roof ballast, membrane, perimeter flashing and blocking and insulation shall be removed to the existing deck and replaced with new insulation, membrane roofing and accessory trim and flashing as required for a weathertight system. 2. Work will be completed while the facility is occupied. Project Location: North Bend, Nebraska. High School - 1320 Walnut Street. Q/A :- Questions and substitution requests must be submitted in writing and received by the Architect no later than Friday, September 5, 2025. Items received after this date will not be considered.
