Renovation of a residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, permits including U&O (Unit of Occupancy Permit) and all other incidentals required to complete the work items listed below as requested by HABC, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. 2801 Harlem Ave (3 Bedroom Unit) General: 1. Remove and properly dispose of all Trash, Furniture and Miscellaneous Items in /on the Unit & Yard. 2. Cut grass and remove all vegetation from wires 3. Remove bush/ tree and cut grass in front and rear of unit. 4. Supply and install new window blinds at every window. 5. Point up steps, around building base & repair cracked sidewalk. 6. Parge and seal basement walls to prevent moisture infiltration. 7. Paint Basement floor and steps with battleship grey epoxy. 8. Caulk or repair any exterior / interior openings to prevent rodents from entering. 9. Check & Repair any Roof leaks. 10. Install new gutters and downspout. 11. Replace mailboxes. 12. Secure and paint front and Rear handrails and clothes poles. 13. Repair & paint rear yard fence & gate. 14. Install new cabinets and counter top. 15. Supply and install new interior wood closet poles (stain & poly) do not paint. 16. Supply and install a new kitchen faucet, supply lines, drain, shut off valves and escutcheon cover. 17. Supply and install a new Black range hood. 18. Supply and install a new Black kitchen backsplash 19. Final Cleaning of Entire Unit and Exterior to Make Ready for Occupancy. Bathrooms: 1. Supply and Install One (1) Fiberglass Vanity Bowl & Cabinet. 2. Supply and install One (1) new 16-inch elongated toilets and seats including new supply line, shut off valve and escutcheon cover. 3. Replace as needed flooring. 4. Supply and install new steel bathtub with fixtures. 5. Supply and install ceramic tiles and thresholds in bathroom floor, and shower wall with cement backer board or Durock underlayment. Shower wall must be tiled all the way to the ceiling. Tiles must be 12x12 or bigger & wall tiles must be different from floor tiles. 6. Superintendents must approve all tiles and 5% must be left over for future repairs. 7. Install new Medicine Cabinet. 8. Supply and install all Bath accessories, Non-UFAS. 9. Supply and Install One (1) Each Bathroom Vanity Faucet including shut off valves, supply lines and escutcheon covers. Mechanical / Plumbing, Electrical, Doors & Windows, Painting/Drywall Repair, Flooring Question Deadline 09/03/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
