Reference Number 0000396708 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Ukiah ("City") is soliciting proposals from professional consulting firms to aid the City in its FERC Relicensing of the Lake Mendocino Hydroelectric Power Plant ("Hydro") located at the outlet conduit for Coyote Dam at Lake Mendocino. The Hydro contains two turbine/generator units: a 1,000-kW Francis unit and a 2,500-kW Francis unit, a substation, a step-up transformer, switchgear, and appurtenant facilities. The FERC license has a 50-year term and was issued on April 1, 1982, and the license ends on March 31, 2032. For the purposes of this proposal, assume the FERC Traditional Licensing Process.
