Meridian Housing Foundation is seeking pre-qualification submissions from interested general contractor firms to be pre-qualified to participate in the bidding process for a potential 56-unit affordable housing apartment building located at 230 Spruce Ridge Road, Spruce Grove, AB. The proposed apartment building is a 4-storey, 56-unit, Group-C, Residential Occupancy building, of wood construction, over a single level underground concrete Parkade, and additional surface parking. The building will be fully sprinklered to NFPA13 requirements. The building’s total occupied area on four (4) floors is 5120 square meters (more or less), over a single level underground Parkade of 1280 square meters (more or less). Project delivery method is Design-Bid-Build.
