Jefferson County Courthouse Exterior Painting Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. SCOPE OF WORK & SERVICES Pressure wash and clean all exterior painted surfaces, gutters, and downspouts. Scrape and sand all siding, soffit, windows, doors, frames, railing, columns, gutters, downspouts, and cupola. Caulk all above items and re-glaze windows as needed. Apply one (1) coat of exterior oil primer to siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, frames, ceilings, gutters, downspouts, and cupola. Apply one (1) coat of Loxon Masonry Latex Primer to all masonry surfaces, columns, railings, wall at front of steps, and the risers at the steps. Apply two (2) coats of 100% Acrylic Exterior Gloss Latex Super paint to the siding, fascia, windows, doors, frames, ceilings, columns, railings at front of building, risers at steps, walls, gutters, downspouts, and cupola. Scrape, sand, and paint railing at back of building with one (1) coat exterior oil primer, one (1) coat exterior oil base to match existing. Sand the front door and frame of building and apply two (2) coats of Sikens stain and polyurethane to door and frame. Clean all exterior windows at completion. Pressure wash all sidewalks around building at completion.
