The objective of this project is to remedy fundamental problems that are causing deterioration. Questions to TCLB Monday September 5 Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to Paul Donnelly Email: paul.donnelly@troycommunitylandbank.org Painting Sand, chip away loose stone and paint at 5 damaged stone sill locations on the front facade. Prep, prime, and paint patched sill areas using Edison SYSTEM 45, matching existing profile and color. Prep and paint damaged wood trim on right front door panel (approx. 2 LF). Prep, prime, and paint deteriorated panel trim below the south side of the 2nd story bay window (approx. 2 LF). Patch and paint area above front door after removing fake camera. Prep, prime, and paint (in 3-color scheme) the following: - Wooden cornice - Wooden bay - Window trim (10 windows) - Sandstone sill and course - Brick (extend brick painting approx. 1' from front corner on north elevation and 10' on south elevation) Masonry Remove front stairs; install new precast stairs with 5 risers and integral metal railing. Repoint lower (2) courses of brick masonry on the front facade. Repoint lower (3) courses over ~20 SF area from front corner and ~30 SF about 3' below roofline on south elevation. Relay spalled/deteriorated bricks (approx. 10 bricks for repair, 3 bricks on south and front elevations). Repoint and relay ~5 bricks at front door threshold after patch removal. Clean stone sills using low-pressure wash and masonry cleaning product. Raise basement window sill height by 5" with new concrete sill Carpentry/Windows Remove and replace: - Vinyl double-hung window (2'-9" x 6'-6"), rightmost 1st story window. - (2) white vinyl window screens, 1st story. - (2) vinyl windows and wood barrier at basement level (install new vinyl double-hung windows, 2'-9" x 3'-0"). Remove and install: - Matching wood trim (right front door, 2 LF). - Deteriorated panel trim under 2nd story bay window (2 LF). - Metal mail slot on front door.
