Site work and environmental remediation for a mixed-use development in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for environmental remediation for a playground / park / athletic field.
Robert B. Johnson Park Remediation Carl Miller Boulevard & South 8th Street (Block 520, Lot 26; Block 522, Lot 9; Block 523, Lot 13), Camden, New Jersey IN GENERAL, the Work consists of the following items, complete and as specified within the Bid Specification: Soil Erosion & Sediment Control (SESC) Plan; Excavation and disposal of historic fill-contaminated soils; Demolition and disposal of hardscape surfaces. QUESTIONS: Inquiries regarding the project shall be sent by fax or email no later than Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. to Alicia Flammia, Email: aflammia@brsinc.com. No oral response to any question by any Camden Redevelopment Agency employee or agent shall be binding on the Camden Redevelopment Agency or in any way considered to be a commitment by the Camden Redevelopment Agency. ADDENDA: During the proposal preparation of response period, the Camden Redevelopment Agency may issue addenda, including amendments for answers to written inquiries. Those addenda will be noticed by the Camden Redevelopment Agency and will constitute a part of the Bid Specification. All proposals will be prepared with full consideration for the addenda issued prior to the Proposal Submission Date. Bidders Must Comply with New Jersey Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5- 31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27) Questions will be due from bidders by 5:00pm on October 8 as per Addendum 2
