Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for the construction of the following improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 25-081 Project Name: Service Center Material Cover The project includes: Providing plans and construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure and concrete pier foundations. The dimensions of the structure shall be 100ft(L)x40ft(W)x20ft(H), and shall be fully open to the north, fully covered to the south, and the top 1/3 covered to the east and west. Roof drainage and gutter system shall drain to the south. Design requirements are to meet all 2021 Internation Building Code regulations.
