Site work for a water / sewer project in Tonopah, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work of this Contract includes the installation of new water mains and laterals in Tonopah, Nevada to replace existing 2-inch galvanized and lead-containing water mains and laterals. The base bid scope of work generally includes installation of 196 LF of 6" C900 PVC water main, hot taps to existing mains, relocation of 6 water services, and reconnection of an existing shared public lateral. Additive alternative work includes replacement of one public later lateral, replacement of 6 service laterals, relocation of 4 meter boxes and one fire hydrant with bollards. Relocations and reconnections of services include new angle stops and replacement of meter boxes within the project area. Work also includes retirement of existing 2" mains, a new flushing assembly and all testing, flushing and sampling of new mains and laterals for completion of the work. No decision will be made at the October 08, 2025 meeting. The bid will be awarded at the Tonopah Town Board Meeting on October 22, 2025. Question Deadline 10/01/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
