Snow and ice removal services are required at the Charleston AFRC/AMSA #107 (G), located at 101 Lakeview Drive, Cross Lanes, WV 25313-1485, in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and fuel necessary to perform snow plowing, sanding, salting, and ice removal operations. Services include clearing parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, catch basins, hydrants, dumpsters, HVAC units, and ensuring safe pedestrian and vehicle access. Snow must be cleared to bare pavement with no trailing windrows, and curbs and catch basins must remain visible. Sand and salt application must comply with local regulations, and excess sand must be removed at the end of the season. The contractor must respond within two hours of notification and submit time-stamped before-and-after photos for verification. Work is performed on an on-call basis and must not interfere with normal government operations. The contract includes a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods and is structured as a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract.
