Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Dane County is inviting bids for construction services to remove and replace two existing water cooled chillers along with two cooling towers and associated pumps/piping/controls in the Dane County Courthouse. This project will involve the installation of specific long lead time equipment that has been procured by the Owner. The project schedule will require substantial completion before the 2026 cooling season. Only firms with relevant capabilities and experience in commercial HVAC system installation. Question Submission Deadline:September 30, 2025, 12:00am All inquiries related to this Request for Bids (RFB) must now be submitted electronically through Dane County's eProcurement Portal. Emerging Small Business (ESB) Goal. The goal of this project is ten percent (10%) ESB participation. ESBs utilizations are shown as a percentage of the total Bid.
