The completion date for this project is October 22, 2026. Statements of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises participation must be presented with this bid. The combined DBE goal is 0.0% for this contract. The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for traffic signal installation, upgrade & repairs in Guilford and Rockingham Counties. All quantities are estimates. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and materials. All prospective bidders shall be prequalified with the Department of Transportation prior to submitting a bid. Contractors who are not prequalified may obtain information and forms for prequalifying from the Contractual Services Unit, Division of Highways, Department of Transportation, 1509 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC. All required prequalification statements and documents shall be filed with the Contractual Services Unit at least four weeks prior to the date of opening bids.
