PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Mooresville Golf Club Renovation Project scope of work is to renovate the existing golf course bunkers in place with new capillary concrete bunkers. NOTE THAT PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST PURCHASE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS THROUGH DUNCAN PARNELL DIRECTLY, IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AN OFFICIAL PLANHOLDER Contractor's License - Bidders will comply with all applicable laws regulating the practice of General Contracting as required by the General Statutes of North Carolina which requires the Bidder to be licensed by the North Carolina Licensing Board for Contractors when bidding on any project where the bid is $30,000 or more. ADA Compliance - A qualified interpreter for the hearing impaired is available upon request at least 10 (ten) days in advance of the bid opening date.
