Site work for a road / highway in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Construction may include, but is not limited to, asphalt milling and overlay, seal coat, base and pavement replacement, cleaning and sealing joints and cracks, curb ramps, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls - combination type, speed humps, topsoil, sodding, signage, pavement markings installation, adjusting existing valve boxes and manholes, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. Question Deadline 10/06/2025 at 4:00 PM CT This contract will have a total of 2 terms. The total estimated value of this contract is $10,000,000.00 for both terms. The estimated contract amount is $5,000,000.00 per contract term Project construction may include but is not limited to: asphalt milling and overlay, seal coat, base and pavement replacement, cleaning and sealing joints and cracks, curb ramps, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls-combination type, speed humps, topsoil, sodding, signage, pavement markings installation, adjusting existing valve boxes, meter boxes and manholes, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. Quantities included in this contract, as well as the entire bid amount are not guaranteed. Unit prices established shall remain valid throughout the duration of the contract. Each project location is considered a separate task. At this time, the tasks for this contract are unknown, therefore a listing will not be provided with the contract documents and specifications. Project Locations may be spread throughout the Northwest sector of the city. Each project site will be issued as a separate Task Order and quantities will be provided to the Contractor. It is anticipated that some project sites may require working time restrictions or night and weekend work. No additional compensation will be paid or given to the Contractor for reduced working times or night and weekend work. his one percent (1%) contracting goal will also count toward the aforementioned four percent (4%) M/WBE Contracting goal.
