The project consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment required to install approximately 3,000 linear feet of 12-inch water line by open cut, 400 linear feet of 20-inch water line by open cut, 2,300 linear feet of 24-inch water line by open cut, and 300 linear feet of 36-inch water line by open cut, along with all necessary appurtenances. Bidders desiring further information or interpretation of the plans and specifications must make requests for such information through the Civcast portal indicated in the notice to bidder by noon on September 12, 2025 Question Deadline 09/12/2025 at 12:00 PM CT This project provides for: 1) Installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 12-inch water line by open cut 2) Installation of approximately 400 linear feet of 20-inch water line by open cut 3) Installation of approximately 2,300 linear feet of 24-inch water line by open cut 4) Installation of approximately 300 linear feet of 36-inch water line by open cut 5) Installation of new water line services and appurtenances. 6) Contractor shall prepare SWPPP and provide CSN per TCEQ requirements. Area disturbed is greater than one acre and less than five acres. Erosion control shall be in accordance with erosion control plan including silt fence, maintenance & removal. Silt fence shall meet city standards. All work shall be completed as shown on the plans and called for in these specifications, referenced specifications, and the City of Waxahachie standard construction details.
