Capers Ridge Pump Station Additional Pump Capacity Project Oscar Renda Contracting, Inc., acting as the Construction Manager at Risk (Contractor) for the Capers Ridge Pump Station project in Cleveland, Texas, is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified subcontractors and material suppliers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of additional vertical diffusion vane pumping units and associated medium voltage synchronous motors. This RFP seeks detailed pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and services required to furnish and install the equipment in accordance with the project plans and specifications. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board The Capers Ridge Pump Station project involves furnishing and installing: - Four (4) Raw Water Pumps (PMP-301, PMP-303, PMP-305, PMP-307) meeting Section 11140 requirements, including pump, motor, pedestal, sub-base, anchor bolts, and appurtenances. - Four (4) Medium Voltage Synchronous Motors meeting Section 16225 requirements, including all coordination with pumps, installation, and testing. - Motor access platform. - New discharge piping for each pump, large diameter valves and hydraulic actuators.
