Water Valley Electric Commission will receive sealed bids for Wood Pole Maintenance and Inspection Services in Water Valley, Mississippi. SUBMITTAL OF SEALED PROPOSAL: Each proposal must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled date and time of the beginning of the bidding event without the written consent of the Water Valley Electric Commission. Within the limitations of Mississippi State Purchasing Law, the Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Commission.
