Historic Building Assessments The successful proponent will conduct an assessment of Bremner House, located at 53452 Range Road 225 in Strathcona County, Alberta. The assessment will include recommendations for treatment activities necessary to preserve its municipal historic designation, protect its character-defining elements, and support its effective use in public programming. Additionally, optional Deliverables include an assessment of Smelzer house and Smelzer garage as well as presenting completed findings from the assessments to senior administration and County Council.
