The City of Los Altos ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated expertise in the design of downtown wayfinding and gateway signage. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and engage a consultant with the experience and capability to develop a refined, contemporary wayfinding signage plan that also establishes a cohesive and recognizable brand identity for the downtown area. The proposed signage design, including quantity, style, and placement, should enhance wayfinding in downtown, creating a welcoming, well-organized, accessible, and easily navigable environment.
