These repairs are required to comply with the minimum inspection procedural guidelines for Building Recertification, Parking Lot Illumination and Parking Lot Guardrails. PRIME CONTRACTOR MUST BE ABLE TO PULL MASTER PERMIT. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bidder must demonstrate that it has full-time personnel with the necessary experience to perform Project's Scope of Work. Bidder shall provide a list of no less than five (5) references who can confirm that they have developed similar repair, rehabilitation and restoration of concrete structures projects in facilities of similar scope, size, materials, and environmental exposures in the last seven (7) years. As preferred the years of experience requested for the Contractor in similar recertification projects. Prime or Subcontractor is preferred to have previous experience installing Emerytop400 or Owner Approved Equal slab topping within the past 3 years. Prime shall coordinate with the operations personnel and with the Engineer to phase the Work in a manner to minimize impact to circulation and operation of vehicles and equipment and other operations. LICENSE QUALIFICATIONS OF CONTRACTORS: A) All Contractors must hold a current valid State of Florida Certified General Contractor License, as required by the Florida Building Code, for the types of Work covered by the Contract at the time of RPQ submission and maintain the same throughout the duration of the project. The certificate(s) is to be issued by: The State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board, pursuant to the provisions of Section 489.115 of the Florida Statute and registered with the Miami-Dade County Building Department or, The Dade County Construction Trades Qualifying Board, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10-3(a) of the County Code. Holders of Miami-Dade County Certificates of Competency must also hold Certificates of Registration issued by the State of Florida Construction Licensing Board, pursuant to the provisions of Section 489.115 or Section 489.117 of the Florida Statutes.
