This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Civil Construction Services, Medium Scale as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars. The City is seeking qualified civil contractors to assist with design and construct of its infrastructure projects. To ensure best value and for contractors to best align their skills with the projects, the work is split into two streams - small scale (<$1,000,000) and medium-scale ($1,000,000-$15,000,000). This opportunity is specifically focused on medium-scale.
