Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,060-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Estevan is seeking to engage a qualified firm to provide Design-Build (DB) services for the design and construction of a new Pool Building ("The Project") located at 800 block of Henry St, Estevan, SK S4A 1M3. The new Pool Building will serve as a changing space for pool patrons and will include washrooms, a warm-up room, cold storage and supply areas, shower facilities, as well as mechanical and electrical rooms. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the City aims to secure competitive pricing from capable and qualified vendors. The successful Design-Builder will be responsible for designing and constructing a modern building with associated features, including landscaping, to be completed by May 29, 2026.
