This contract consists of the statewide repair/maintenance of damaged and/or deteriorated sections of fencing, guardrail, attenuator and other protective devices and replacement of obsolete and/or substandard guardrail and other protective devices with all incidentals. A performance bond of one hundred (100) percent of the contract price with a satisfactory surety company will be required of the successful bidder. All surety companies must be listed with The Department of the Treasury, Fiscal Services, Circular 570, (Latest Revision published by the Federal Register), The Department of Transportation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
