County Line Recharge Basin Project For the County Line Recharge Basin Project in the City of Calimesa, consisting of furnishing all labor, technical and professional services, supervision, materials, and equipment, and performing all operations necessary and required in conformity with the requirements in the specifications and plans. The project includes approximately 5,000 linear feet of CIPP pipe refurbishment, 1,500 linear feet of new waterline installations (raw and potable), over 70,000 cubic yards of grading and earthwork, and street paving and surface restoration. Agency shall award the contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as determined by the Agency from the Total Base Bid for Schedules I, II, III, IV, V, and VI. Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
