**As of October 28th, the project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** **The city council met the other day and decided to use the money that was available to them for the water line improvements. The counsel put the new 1 MGD groundwater treatment plant on hold for now. The counsel did not set a time to revisit the project at this time.** The construction of a new 1 MGD groundwater treatment plant, demolition of existing water treatment plant and rehabilitation of well #3 & well #4. The Project has an expected duration of 335 days to Substantial Completion and 365 days to Final Completion. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
