Reference number: 20091226 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-09-08 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 The Municipality of Franquelin is seeking tenders for work to repair the storm sewer system and easement on Rue des Peupliers to ensure proper storm water management. The work includes, but is not limited to, site organisation, signage, the installation of approximately 95 metres of storm sewer system, manholes and catch basins, and the complete repair of the roadway. This includes managing contaminated soil, building the road structure, laying bituminous asphalt, adjusting private entrances and landscaping riverside properties. The successful bidder will be required to carry out the work in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the Federation quebecoise des municipalites (FQM) and dated August 19, 2025. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability with respect to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality may not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
