GLS requires a contractor to perform cleaning of two crawl spaces containing asbestos-containing material (ACM) and two areas containing dust above the Eisenhower Lock Tunnel. The work will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds. The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete the work within 30 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Eisenhower Lock Tunnel, Massena, NY 13662. QUESTIONS DUE DATE: September 04, 2025, 2:00PM EST. Questions must be sent via e-mail to chora.snyder@dot.gov arriving no later than September 04, 2025, 2:00 PM EST. After this due date further requests may not be accepted due to time constraints.
