Renovation of an educational facility in Oakville, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this project is to address mechanical cooling deficiencies, operational inefficiencies, and end-of-life HVAC equipment across select studios within the SOCAD building and the Annie Smith (AS) Building at Trafalgar Campus. This initiative will improve occupant comfort, acoustic performance, energy efficiency, and overall HVAC system integration with the campus Building Automation System (BAS). Targeted spaces include: Furniture Studio (AA8); Glass Studio (AA10); Ceramics Studio (AA16); Design Studio (AA18); and the Annie Smith Building. TIMELINE: Request for Quotation for design services has been awarded. Project is in design stages. Further schedules may be confirmed summer 2026.
