The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly install two new automatic touchless switch-activated handicap door openers (Push side, 120 VAC, 3A, 60Hz), two new handicap door touchless switch kits (each consisting of two touchless wall switches, two transmitters, and two receivers), and two new pigtail 14/3 9ft power cords on the front doors. The doors are 35 1/2 " x 83 1/2 ", steel construction, glass-paned, with an exterior pull handle and interior panic hardware. Location: Dyess Air Force Base, Child Development Center (Building 8150), 715 5th St, Dyess AFB, TX 79607, United States. Demolition and Removal: The Contractor shall remove the existing operators (Tucker Pedestrian Door OperatorModel #SW10/19) and all mechanical/electrical hardware necessary to sufficiently complete replacement project. The contractor shall return the existing hardware to the 7 CES Structures Shop. Any waste, debris and/or trash shall be removed by Contractor before completion of work. Installation and Additive Services: The Contractor shall complete the installation and procurement of 2 new electronic touchless switch activated handicap door openers. The contractor shall ensure the electronic touchless switch activated handicap door openers meet the following electrical specifications. Push-Side, Voltage: 120 VAC, Amperage: 3A, and Frequency: 60Hz. The contractor shall complete the installation and procurement of 1 new handicap touchless door switch kit, consisting of 2 touchless wall switches, 2 transmitters, and 2 receivers.
