Richland County, Wisconsin, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of aging roofing systems on the Emergency Services Facility. The facility's existing roof is over 20 years old and in need of replacement to ensure long-term durability and weather resistance. The project includes the removal and replacement of existing materials on two sections of the facility (excluding the garage roof completed in 2022). In addition to the base bid, an alternative bid is required for the design and construction of a gabled (peaked) roof system. Scope of Work - Base Bid: Contractors are expected to: Remove existing EPDM membrane and metal flashing. Install insulation to improve drainage slope. Install a new 60 mil EPDM membrane system. Replace metal flashing as needed. Provide thorough site cleanup and debris disposal.
