Reference Number 0000301147 Question Acceptance Deadline Sep 08, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum The summary of the work required: Demolition of the existing system. Removal of all the old piping. Integration into the current BAS system (a) Bids submitted at $100,000 or greater shall include the following by the Closing Date and Time: i. A bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a financial institution authorized to conduct business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule || chartered bank in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price and that shall be in effect until forty-five (45) calendar days following Closing Date. ii. A surety consent indicating that, in accordance with section 5.18.1. of this ITT, the surety company will furnish the contract security which shall include a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and materials payment bond of the Bid Price or a consent from the Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank that an irrevocable standby letter of credit in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price will be furnished. (b) Failure to name "BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada LP" as beneficiary in the Bid Securities Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com Award is subject to final approval
