The bidder who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the engineering department of the MRC de Maskinongé. A tender guarantee in the form of a certified cheque or tender bond in the amount of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the submission. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and will not be liable to either bidder if all bids are rejected
