Site work for a road / highway in Lemont, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: A construction driven sheet pile bin wall to stabilize the roadway and existing retaining wall structure along 132nd Street over an unnamed creek in Lemont, Illinois. The stream crosses under the roadway through two pipe culverts that will be extended and protected with grouted riprap at the upstream and downstream ends. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Lemont Township Road District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
