As of 10/22/2025 This project may be rebid at a future date The Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) is looking for a Developer as a strategic partner to create a transit-oriented development (TOD) that promotes sustainable transportation, economic growth, and urban livability in downtown Youngstown, OH that will enhance access to public transit by integrating an efficient, user-friendly bus station. To this end, the WRTA is looking to enter into a public-private partnership (PPP) with a private developer, to build and manage a multi-family housing portion of this project.
