It is the responsibility ofthe Vendor to inquire about any portion ofthe RFP that is not fully understood or susceptible to more than one interpretation The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified Vendor(s) to provide outdoor electrical services as outlined in the Scope of Work at various locations within the City of Bloomington for a period oftwo (2) years. This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the services involved and the process for selecting the Vendor to be awarded the contract. The selected Vendor will be expected to furnish labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, aerial buckets, and necessary permits to provide electrical services requested for the following types of projects as requested by the City: Traffic Signals: Install and repair all components associated with traffic signals. 2. Street Lighting: Install and repair all components associated with street lighting. 3. Fiber and Interconnect: Install and repair all components associated with fiber and interconnect. 4. Intelligent Transportation Systems: Install and repair all components associated with ITS infrastructure, including but not limited to PTZ cameras, DMS/VMS signs, radar signs, Rapid Flashing Beacon signs, etc. 5. On-Call Services: Provide someone to be on-call for City emergencies as requested. 6. Work in conjunction with other contractors selected by the City and City Employees 7. City may request specific manufacturer's products to be used for electrical work to maintain City's standard electrical products. 8. Ability to complete assigned work in a timely fashion
