Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

J. Fred Smith Parkway Segment 1 (County Road 57) Construction of a four-legged roundabout with associated interim and permanent entry/exit transitions consisting of 10-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement, approximately 1,350 LF of a half-section arterial roadway consisting of 10-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement, and approximately 4,250 LF of storm drain improvements; installation of approximately 2,150 LF of 18-inch waterline and 2,750 LF of 8-inch waterline; minor sewer work including manhole adjustments and stub-outs; and streetlight installation. Project location is the intersection of Celina Pkwy and CR 57 and extending approximately 1,900 feet east along existing CR 57, ending approximately 750 west of the termination of Florida Drive at CR 57 in Celina, Texas. Any proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The project includes Culvert, Roadway, and Utility Construction in accordance with the plans and specifications for J. Fred Smith Parkway, Segment 1 (CR 57). The Owner will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgement will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
