Replace deteriorated or missing fascia, soffit and drip edge trim if applicable. Caulk all seams and nailholes of new wood that has been replaced, prepare new wood to receive paint. Apply two coats of exterior grade white paint to fascia, soffit and drip edge that is replaced with new wood. Pitch Roof Area (see slab measurements). Remove all existing roofing down to deck. (Includes all layers down to decking). Patch deteriorated decking up to 100 sqft and over hang (to include rafter tails). Install new 30 year fiberglass shingle roof (approx. 35_ sq), equal to or better than Owen-Corning "Classic Plus" with new valleys, metal edging over #15 felt. Replace all vent jacks and caps. Remove/Replace existing roof jack to flue pipe. (water heater/furnace) Replace two (2) low profile gravity style roof vents in a manner that is not visible from the right of way.
