Sun Peaks Mountain Resort Municipality is seeking to obtain proposals for the supply of process equipment for solids dewatering at the wastewater treatment plant located at Sun Peaks, BC. The intent of the Request for Proposal is to obtain information on the Vendor Company, as well as on the equipment and services proposed within the scope of supply, to assist the Municipality in selecting a solids removal system that provides best value to the Municipality. Evaluation criteria will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: Overall capital cost including bid cost, typical indoor installation cost, additional estimated costs incurred (i.e. mechanical, structural, electrical, controls and instrumentation). Annual operating & maintenance (O & M) costs including equipment and media replacement, power costs, and chemicals. Local Vendor representative, servicing capability and experience. Company qualifications and experience.
