Demolition and site work for a retail development in Saint Helen, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
As of October 22, 2025 project has been awarded to Jones Concrete and has been completed. Scope of bid: 1. Complete demolition of existing pavilion structure. 2. Complete removal of all debris and materials associated with the structure. This is to include all concrete posts and footings. All subterrain cement is to be removed. 3. Area encompassed to be brought to grade 4. All hazards are to be filled in or brought to grade. 5. Project is to be completed within two weeks of awarding of bid. All qualified applicants must provide proof of insurance with all applicable licensing at time of submittal.
